Board announces new leader for non profit organization to keep communities clean.
Prince William, Va. – The Board of Directors of Keep Prince William Beautiful announced the hiring of Jason Parsons as the organization’s Executive Director. Marlo Thomas Watson, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Marlo Company, Inc. and President of the Keep Prince William Beautiful Board of Directors commented, “We are thrilled to welcome Jason to lead Keep Prince William Beautiful to new heights in fulfilling our mission of inspiring and educating citizens to be environmental stewards and to ensure Prince William County is a clean and green place to live, visit, and conduct business.”
“Keep Prince William Beautiful has such committed volunteers and programs that make a difference in the great quality of life Prince William citizens enjoy,” Parsons said, “I look forward to working with the community to grow Keep Prince William Beautiful as an organization that is a catalyst for collective action and individual responsibility to keep our communities clean and vibrant.”
Previously, Mr. Parsons co-founded a nonprofit organization, Remember The Miners, in West Virginia and has worked as a communications consultant in the marketing industry. Parsons is a graduate of West Virginia University and resides in Lake Ridge. He is passionate about politics, basketball, and the outdoors.
