Engineering couple Scott and Julie Brusaw have an amazing vision for the future of our Earth. They have been working on developing solar panels to replace all of our roadways since 2006. Their project has since picked up a lot of support allowing them to create prototypes of this amazing, new technology. Replacing our roads with solar powers would allow us to minimize our carbon footprint and would generate clean energy! It would also making driving safer because the panels are heated and able to melt snow and ice. They are also pressure censored and would notify drivers of upcoming road blocks, pedestrians, animals, etc. Finally, they are designed to house electrical cables which would eliminate the need for telephone poles and wires.
