Prince William Forest Park OSS Day
Join park rangers at Cabin Camp 2 at Prince William Forest Park to learn more about the period of the park’s history when the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) trained spies in the park. Take a rugged hike off-trail with a ranger to see evidence the OSS left behind. There will be two different hikes out to the site, one leaving at 10:00am and the other leaving at 1:00pm. Due to high interest in the program, we will be limiting each of these hikes to 30 people each. On October 15th, we will post a link to the sign up sheet for each of these hikes. At that time, please sign up for the time you would like to attend. Please be aware that due to the rugged nature of the area, wheelchairs and strollers cannot be accommodated on the hikes.
