A team of six motivated professionals with a new vision for the future of our youth have founded The Collaborative Tiny House Project. The team is made up of designers, architects, and construction specialists that all have focused their careers on sustainability. They’re planning on making a tiny house building program by creating a series of tutorials that can be used by either individuals or that can be adapted to create a curriculum for middle and high school students. Students will earn credits in Science, Math, and English but most importantly the founders see it has a fiscal investment in their future. The money they save from living in a tiny home during their college years, internship, trade school, etc can be used to pay off college loans, used as a down payment, or something else to help them advance in their careers and goals. Now the team is turning to Kickstarter to fund their project. To read more about The Tiny House Collaboration you can visit their website at: http://www.thecollaborativetinyhouseproject.com/team-2-1/
