America Recycles Day

America Recycles day was on November 15^th, it took place at several locations: Chinn Park Library, Development Services Building, and the McCoart Building in Woodbridge VA. The event also took place on November 16^th at Bull Run Library in Manassas VA. KPWB partnered with Keep America Beautiful and Prince William County Recycling to help promote and celebrate recycling. KPWB and Keep America Beautiful encouraged Prince William County residents to take the America recycles day pledge to recycle items such as, plastic bottles and caps, unwanted mail, and mobile devices. Both organizations worked hand in hand to educate Prince William County residents on recycling in order to keep our economy growing and for the well- being of our environment.
