Executive Director Job Announcement

Keep Prince William Beautiful (KPWB) is sad to announce that our current Executive Director, Aliya Faille, will be moving in August. KPWB is currently accepting applications for the role of the Executive Director.

KPWB is a non-profit environmental organization that serves Prince William County through partnering with residents, businesses and government to educate and inspire people to be environmental stewards and Keep Prince William Beautiful.

The Executive Director is responsible for the day to day administrative operations of the organization, to include: human resources: supervision of staff, interns, and volunteers; fiscal management: developing and managing the organizational budget; resource development: managing and securing grants, managing corporate sponsorships, sourcing new revenue opportunities; board development; relationship building: maintaining and establishing new relationships with local, state and federal stakeholders, community and business leaders.

Required qualifications: Interested applicants must have documented experience in fiscal management, experience writing and securing grants, supervision, program development, and community engagement.

Preferred Qualifications: experience and established relationships within the environmental education community; 3-5 years of experience in a non-profit environment in a leadership capacity.  Salary is commensurate with experience
