Winter on the Farm with VA Agriculture in the Classroom
Join Virginia Agriculture in the Classroom as we read “A Farm Prepares for Winter: Sleep Tight Farm” by Eugenie Doyle. Attendance is first come, first served.
This story takes you alongside a farmer’s family preparing their farm for the cold winter while reflecting on what they harvested in the months leading up to it. After our story time, everyone will have a chance to make a “farm charm” craft to take home to remember all the things that farmers do to take care of their animals!
