Event series celebrating beautiful things in a clean community continues

Woodbridge, VA – Keep Prince William Beautiful, Prince William County, Virginia’s leading non-profit organization committed to environmental action, announced a free event for the public, Sunrise Yoga in the Park, at 7 a.m. on June 25th at the Lake Ridge Park & Marina. This event is part of KPWB’s ‘Do Beautiful Things’ Series celebrating all the beautiful things one can most enjoy in clean, green communities.
“We always say we don’t keep Prince William beautiful for the sake of keeping it beautiful but so people can do beautiful things,” said KPWB Executive Director Jason Parsons, “We believe clean, green communities are stronger, healthy, more prosperous ones, and this is a way for us to offer a wonderful activity to the community, and at the same time, remind folks that sunrise yoga wouldn’t be possible in run-down, dirty, littered parks. So it drives the message of why we do what we do.”
Join instructor Alice Sevivas of My BodYoga, for a beautiful blend of sun salutations and beginner-friendly sunrise yoga. Event-goers can learn more about KPWB’s community programs and will receive complimentary fresh squeezed orange juice.
All ages and skill levels are welcome! The event is free and open to all Prince William residents, but guests are encouraged to confirm their attendance via Facebook.
Sunrise Yoga In The Park is presented with My BodYoga, Inc. and with cooperation from Prince William County Parks and Recreation.
